Decluttering can be made fun and utilizing the 30-day Minimalist Challenge will push you to get the job done efficiently!
What is The 30-Day Minimalist Challenge?
The 30-Day Minimalist Challenge is a decluttering game that can be done any month of the year.
Many people start the challenge in January, as a new year promorts the want to declutter and start fresh.
Decluttering has many benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, boosts productivity, and creativity discovering lost things, and making your home easier to clean and tidy.
How does it work?
The challenge is simple and the rules are flexible.
On day one, you get rid of one thing,
Then on day two, two things,
And on day three, three things
Then so on until you get rid of 30 things on day 30!
In total, if you complete the challenge, you’ll have gotten rid of 465 things. If you look around your home and just imagine almost 500 items gone! That’s a lot of stuff.
The rules for the minimalist challenge are very flexible, if you only want to do a one-week challenge that’s fine.
If you want to declutter one item a day for 30 days that’s fine too.
